Job Description What's Involved: This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution and leadership of our social media marketing strategies, paid media and community management across the entire Brown Family Wine Group portfolio of brands. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience and wanting to grow their career working with exciting brands Every day will be different, but some of your main responsibilities include: - Collaboration across the marketing team and external agencies to support large scale digital brand campaign activity and execute small ad-hoc campaigns, product launches and always-on content. - Create, schedule & monitor engaging and unique organic content. - Promoting our cellar doors online. - Community management. - Use data to analyse the effectiveness of campaigns, brand sentiment etc. - Staying on top of emerging social trends. Desired Skills and Experience What you'll need to succeed: - Tertiary qualifications in a marketing/business related field and/or 1-3years' experience in a social media role. - Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, interpersonal and negotiation. - Creative mindset. - Ability to create unique and engaging content in multiple formats. - Proactivity, curiosity and adaptability to fast-moving consumer trends. - Interest in FMCG/wine brands and digital marketing. - Good understanding of social media platforms & ability to grow leads and increase quality engagement on social platforms. Nice to have: - Experience with graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). - Experience capturing content (mobile or high quality).
