Six Degrees Executive has joined forces with a professional services organisation situated in St Kilda, presenting an exclusive opportunity for a skilled social media and digital marketing professional to join their small team. We are currently looking for a motivated and passionate digital professional to oversee all digital channels and play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive content and marketing strategies, aiming to elevate brand awareness and accomplish the business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Spearheading and coordinating all social media and marketing activities, including managing platforms, conducting market research, and aligning efforts with company goals.
- Creating and managing innovative, on-brand content across digital platforms while ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
- Developing and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, including creating visually appealing digital branding materials and implementing quarterly EDM.
- Fostering online communities through active engagement, monitoring audience feedback across platforms, and maintaining compliant mailing lists.
- Evaluating and reporting on budget requirements for social media and marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of financial resources.
- Continuously staying updated on available tools and resources to maintain a professional and engaging online presence and evolving skills as required.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all initiatives.
- Previous experience in a similar industry, B2B or professional services
- Experience across social media and holistic digital marketing
- A motivated individual that can take ownership and drive these channels
- Exceptional communication skills
