A modern care home built on two hectares of land, set in a quiet suburb of Glenvale, just 5 km west of the Toowoomba town centre. It consists of 124 beds, including care units such as dementia, respite, and palliative care. Our primary goal is to focus on the health, lifestyle, and well-being of our residents. About the Role
As a Business Administrator, known as a Customer Service Consultant (CSC) at Bupa, you will work alongside another CSC and our General Manager. You will be the welcoming face of our care home and responsible for a range of administrative tasks supporting daily operations. This role will focus on Employee Service functions.

Duties
Each CSC has specific responsibilities. Generally, one focuses on Employee Services, another on Resident Placement, and all handle reception duties. This role will primarily focus on Employee Service. Examples of tasks include:
- Supporting and overseeing employee experience through administering rosters, payroll, training, compliance, HR, recruitment, onboarding, and managing leave.
- Providing prospective residents and families with a welcoming, informative introduction to the care home, handling inquiries, and coordinating admissions.
- Leading customer service, reception, and administrative functions to ensure high standards of service.
Skills and Experience
- Patience and a sunny disposition are essential in this rewarding environment.
- Strong communication skills, diplomacy, and a proactive approach are crucial, especially when dealing with families and residents.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite.
- Experience in a similar admin/customer service role, including rostering, payroll, and HR functions such as recruitment.
- Excellent organization, time management, prioritization, and self-direction skills.
