Our client has grown to become one of the world’s largest and technologically advanced oilfield service providers. A global leader in drilling and servicing wells, our client offers solutions through their expertise of land-based services for oil, gas and geothermal energy.

The Operations Administrator provides administrative support to the Queensland division along with clerical tasks that aid the daily business operations of the Toowoomba based departments and Operations. The Operational Administrator is required to perform, organise and streamline operational tasks to reduce the potential for errors and inefficiency. Monitor for problems, taking immediate action and where possible escalating when required.

**About you**:

- Minimum 2 years Administration experience
- Strong communication, customer service and coordination skills
- Intermediate understanding of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Visio (desirable)
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness with attention to detail
- Willing to undertake a Traineeship in Cert III or Cert IV Business

- Point of hire is **Toowoomba, QLD**:

- Minimum 2 years Administration experience
- Have a strong understanding of the Microsoft suite of programs
- Completion of year 12 with further studies an advantage
