About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to join our Surrey Hills team and support the growth of eShepherd - our award-winning virtual fencing solution revolutionising livestock management.

In this role, you’ll guide new customers through onboarding, deliver tailored training, troubleshoot challenges, and build lasting relationships that drive satisfaction and business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, technical, and operations teams to help ranchers increase productivity, improve animal health, and support sustainable land management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead customer onboarding to ensure confidence and competence with eShepherd
- Deliver product training and ongoing support to build customer trust and independence
- Identify opportunities to upsell and expand customer use of our solutions
- Collaborate with customers to optimize virtual fencing configurations
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships by anticipating challenges and providing timely solutions
- Partner cross-functionally with Gallagher’s wider team to ensure customer success

The ideal candidate will have:

- Degree in agriculture, business, project management, or related field would be useful
- Strong knowledge of livestock production systems and ranching practices
- Experience in customer service, technical software support, or sales (start-up or SaaS experience a plus)
- A good eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
