We’re looking for a Chef de Partie who thrives in a high-octane environment, leads with passion, and knows how to drive consistency under pressure.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, mentoring junior staff while delivering standout food to match our electric service. You’ll work closely with senior chefs to uphold quality, manage prep, and help keep service fast, tight, and on-point.
This is the perfect step for a skilled cook ready to lead or a current CDP looking to sharpen their skills in a kitchen that hums with energy.
What We’re Looking For
- Have 3+ years’ experience in high-volume kitchens, ideally with Asian or Japanese cuisine
- Thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven service environment
- Are confident leading a section and supporting junior team members
- Love a kitchen where flavour, energy, and teamwork are everything
- Are hungry to learn, push yourself, and grow within a top-tier group
