Sitting under the Story Bridge in their prime river front location, Yoko Dining serves the vibrant Howard Smith Wharves community.

Yoko dining, a Japanese restaurant, aims to bring the energy of Tokyo nightlife to our prime location. Our menu ranges from a premium sashimi selection to wagyu cooked over the Hibachi grill. Our drink focus is on fun innovative cocktails and a progressive wine list with a balance of wines from old world classics to natural and progressive wines.

Yoko Dining are looking for people who love food, wine, give incredible customer service and who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. We are a team of hospitality professionals and want to meet enthusiastic, like-minded people to join us.

We are looking for experienced Section Waiters to join our team on a casual basis.

**The right person will**:

- Have a bright and sunny disposition.
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. We can train the rest.
- A passion for service and creating the best guest experience.
- Have experience managing a section, basic wine knowledge in a busy restaurant environment
- Must be available on weekends

**Responsibilities**:

- Run a section of 20 to 25 people.
- Provide our guests with great service and enthusiastic energy
- Running food
