Responsibilities

Due to rapid growth, we/'re looking to fill multiple vacancies in our highly successful Property team in Adelaide to work across a diverse range of clients and matters. You’ll be involved in:

- Commercial, industrial, and retail leasing matters

- Sales and acquisitions of office, retail, industrial, and agricultural properties

- Residential and mixed-use developments, including strata and community titles

- Property aspects of aged care, retirement, childcare, and social housing projects

- Broader agribusiness and renewable project matters

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have at least 4 years post-admission experience in property law and bring:

- Strong transactional experience

- Familiarity with development work and property-related agreements

- A commercial and practical mindset to assist with negotiating complex agreements

- Strong drafting skills

- A collaborative approach and a team player mindset
