Our Core + Field Model (an Australia-first) allows us to service 200+ areas across South Australia, Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales . And we're just getting started.

About the Role:

This isn't your average Property Manager role. It's your opportunity to lead, grow and leave your mark.

As a Property Associate, you'll:

  • Start with a smaller, high-potential group of properties and clients
  • Manage day-to-day operations of a property portfolio
  • Work closely with our Ops team, fellow PMs, and Co-Founders
  • Help scale your portfolio into a fully mature region

You'll play a key role in shaping the Lululiv experience in new markets — all while growing your career alongside the company.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role (property or other industries welcome)
  • A current Property Manager's licence (preferred)
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Strong organisation, clear communication, and a bias toward action
  • A flexible, adaptable mindset and hunger to learn
