About Us:

Century 21 First Choice is a well-established real estate office located in the heart of Adelaide's north-eastern suburbs. With a strong reputation for professionalism and outstanding service, we are looking to welcome a Senior Property Manager to join our property management team.


About the Role:

As the Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our property management department, including trust accounting, compliance with legislation, and occasional business development. This is a key role within a supportive, close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties
  • Oversee compliance, and legislative changes
  • Join our supportive team of 4 Property Managers and 2Administration Staff
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants and trades, ensuring a high standard of service including managing maintenance within your portfolio
  • Assist with new business development as needed
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within property management department

About You:

We're seeking someone who is passionate about real estate and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years' experience in property management
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of residential tenancy legislation
  • A friendly, team-oriented mindset with a "can-do" attitude
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • A current driver's licence and property management registration
  • Proficient in using property management software Inspection manager, IRE, 2Apply, Property Tree or other relevant industry related software
