About the Role

As a People Projects Analyst, you will deliver analytics and reporting to enhance people initiatives and may lead smaller projects from planning through to execution. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure projects align with organisational goals and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse HR data and prepare reports for leadership and board papers
- Design and develop presentations that communicate key messages effectively
- Lead and support people-related projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver project outcomes
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency

What we are looking for

- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferably with experience in HR data and systems
- 3–5 years’ experience supporting leaders within a large, complex organisation
- Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
