**About the role**:
As the IT Resource Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal and effective sourcing and allocation of staff and contractors needed to fulfil various I&T program, project, and business-as-usual activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain an optimal mix of permanent and contingent labour to support I&T delivery.
- Assist in the day-to-day support and governance of the Technology project Portfolio.
- Create, facilitate and maintain a process/framework to ensure effective sourcing and allocation of staff across I&T.
- Track actual usage versus planned usage for each initiative and escalate major variances.
- Provide resource forecasts to support the forward work plan and allow for strategic workforce planning, including the need for new or reduction in specific skill sets.
- Work closely with Procurement and PSC to ensure risk relating to contingent labour engagements is understood and managed.
- Collect, consolidate and communicate reporting and data on vendor contracts, performance, risk and relationships to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior leadership, PSC and Procurement, and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Ensuring risks relating to the contingent labour workforce are effectively managed, and preventing key person dependencies on external resources.
