We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Brecks Group, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial analysis and support to our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth financial analysis and develop forecasts, budgets, and financial models.
2. Evaluate the performance of investment portfolios and make recommendations for improvements.
3. Research and analyze economic and market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.
4. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to present to clients and internal stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide insights on financial performance.
6. Monitor and track key financial metrics to ensure financial targets are being met.
7. Identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations for cost reduction strategies.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools.
6. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
7. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and able to maintain confidentiality.
