You’ll gain exposure to contract management within a global legal environment, supporting both client and vendor relationships. Reporting to the Operational Risk Manager, you’ll be part of a team that values excellence, collaboration, and inclusivity — where your contributions will be recognised and your growth supported.

About You

- Proven experience in contract analysis or a similar role
- Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
- High attention to detail and precision in capturing terms, obligations, and deliverables
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar
- CPCM or similar certification (advantageous but not essential)

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the review of client and vendor/supplier contracts to ensure compliance with legal regulations and Dentons’ policies
- Document and track agreed terms and obligations
- Collaborate with Corporate and Business Services teams to ensure contractual obligations are understood and met
- Conduct due diligence on new vendors/suppliers in line with Dentons’ Procurement Policy and Modern Slavery Act 2018
- Maintain and manage the Denton’s client and vendor contract database
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract-related matters
- Assist with audits, policy updates, and compliance reporting
