About the company: Join a leading renewable energy developer with a growing portfolio of utility-scale, solar, and battery projects.

About the Role: ACRWORLD are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Solar Engineer to become a vital part of our growing team, delivering utility-scale Solar Farm and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects along Australia’s eastern seaboard.

Responsibilities

- Site-based role, where you/'ll play a hands-on leadership role during the construction phase

- Oversee the construction, installation, and commissioning of utility-scale Solar and BESS systems.

- Work closely with EPCs, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track, on time, and on budget.

- Conduct inspections, audits, and ensure every stage meets engineering and HSEQ standards.

- Liaise with design teams, grid consultants, and OEMs to keep everything running efficiently.

Qualifications

- Degree-qualified in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering (or equivalent)

- Australian driving licence.

- Minimum 5 years/' experience in utility-scale Solar PV or renewable energy construction projects

- Proven experience across technical engineering, project engineering, quality assurance, and HSE on site

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
