Position Overview:
We're looking for an ICT Business Analyst to act as a Growth Partner for our clients. As a Growth Partner (ICT Business Analyst), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the digital strategy for AEK Media's clients. You will work across a broad range of projects, leveraging your strong analytical abilities to enhance business processes and deliver high-quality digital campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team and contribute to the continued success of our client's marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement seasonal and monthly marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Contribute to the digital strategy of the business, ensuring it aligns with evolving business objectives.
Use strong analytical skills to measure, track, and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns against set KPIs and goals.
Collaborate with users to document and formulate business requirements, ensuring system functionality aligns with business needs.
Analyze business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending optimal practices, system functionality, and behaviour.
Apply project management methodologies to create project plans, manage resources, and ensure successful project delivery.
Deploy functional solutions, including creating test plans and ensuring system integrity and quality.
Develop user and training documentation and conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and department leaders to provide insights and deliver research presentations on campaign performance.
Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, validating data and ensuring consistency in reporting metrics.
Provide ongoing mentorship to production staff and the marketing team, supporting the effective use of client solutions and reporting.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Strong experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
Expertise in analysing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements.
Proficient in project management methodologies and techniques.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on KPIs and performance measurement.
Ability to develop clear system specifications, functional documentation, and user training materials.
