Job Title: Application Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused ICT Applications Support Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for the technical and functional support of corporate applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Triage and resolve application issues, preventing outages and minimising business disruption.
  • Manage user access and permissions across corporate systems.
  • Provide support for incidents, problems, and changes using ICT service management tools.
  • Monitor application performance and report on system health.
  • Document issues and solutions, and contribute to knowledge sharing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, Citrix, cloud platforms, and service management tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.
