About the Role

As our Rostering Coordinator, you’ll play a vital part in delivering exceptional care. You’ll act as the bridge that connects our clients with our support workers, allowing them to continue living independently at home.

This is a 12 month Parental Leave Contract with possibility of extension.

What you'll do

- Design and implement service schedules that meet clients’ needs ensuring timely and effective care.
- Connect clients with the right care workers, fostering relationships that enhance the quality of care for our clients and workplace experience for our support workers.
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients, their families, and client managers about all aspects of rostering, including shifts, cancellations, and changes.
- Ensure that our rostering practices comply with all awards and business rules, optimising the allocation of our skilled workforce.

About You

You are a passionate, self-driven individual with a genuine love for the aged care/disability support sector. Your have a knack for being organised and building meaningful and authentic connections with other.

Your enthusiasm and positive attitude enables you to manage multiple priorities and can adapt in fast-paced environments.

Experience in rostering or scheduling with a background in Aged Care or Disability sectors is desirable but not necessary.
