Recruitment information for a Development / Test Lead position at North East Water.
Position information
- $90,574 to $100,709 plus 12% superannuation, depending on skills and experience
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- 3 months limited tenure (to backfill leave)

Mandatory Requirements
- Candidates must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or a foreign national with authorisation to work in Australia
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Successful applicants will be required to undertake pre-employment checks including a police check and/or pre-employment medical and functional testing where applicable.
Key responsibilities
The Development / Test Lead:
- Lead the transition of forms (word docs) to electronic Nintex Forms.
- Works with business stakeholders to digitise business processes.
- Ensures workflows align with business requirements.
- Leads testing for changes in our environment.
- Supports business as usual applications and services.

Key selection criteria
To be in consideration for this position please address in your application how you meet the following key selection criteria:
- Your experience converting paper-based forms to electronic forms and workflows using a digital platform, for example Nintex.
- Your excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders across different teams.
- Your ability to collaborate with teams across the business to ensure the successful implementation of electronic forms and workflows.
- Your self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks and requests
