Position information
  • $90,574 to $100,709 plus 12% superannuation, depending on skills and experience
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • 3 months limited tenure (to backfill leave)

Mandatory requirements
  • Candidates must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or a foreign national with authorisation to work in Australia
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Successful applicants will be required to undertake pre-employment checks including a police check and/or pre-employment medical and functional testing where applicable.
Key responsibilities
  • Leads the transition of forms (word docs) to electronic Nintex Forms.
  • Works with business stakeholders to digitise business processes.
  • Ensures workflows align with business requirements.
  • Leads testing for changes in our environment.
  • Supports business as usual applications and services.

Key selection criteria

  • Your experience converting paper-based forms to electronic forms and workflows using a digital platform, for example Nintex.
  • Your excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders across different teams.
  • Your ability to collaborate with teams across the business to ensure the successful implementation of electronic forms and workflows.
  • Your self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks and requests.
