About the role

We have an opportunity for 2 x Business Consultants to be part of our Technology & Communication Services Command. The role of Business Consultant is to provide expertise and analysis in development design, implementation, review and improvement of business processes and procedures to support effective customer service.

You will have a proven ability to make recommendations that prioritise the needs of users and the business is essential in this role. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a control room or contact centre—preferably within an emergency service.

The position is full-time and will be based in NSWPF offices at Sydney Olympic Park, Surry Hills or Parramatta HQ. Flexible and remote working arrangements are available.
