Supervisor – Customer Service Ambassador
Location- Tullamarine | Avalon | Southern Cross | Transport Provided
Join Kinetic and lead a dynamic customer-facing team that thrives on sales performance and delivering exceptional service. We’re looking for a passionate Supervisor to drive face-to-face ticket sales, motivate a high-performing team, and ensure seamless daily operations across our key airport and city terminals.
What’s on offer:
- Set your own roster between 6:00am and 10:00pm
- Just one mandatory evening shift (until 8:00pm) per fortnight
- Flexible hours that let you stay connected with your team across shifts
- Work across Tullamarine, Avalon and Southern Cross – with transportation provided
- Attractive quarterly bonus for achieving sales and performance targets

Your day will include:
- Leading and motivating a team of CSAs to exceed KPIs
- Driving face-to-face ticket sales and delivering strong commercial results
- Creating an outstanding customer experience across all locations
- Managing rosters, operations and performance reporting
- Coaching your team to grow, develop and shine
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
- A natural leader with excellent communication and decision-making skills
- A passion for customer service and developing others
- Ability to manage operations across multiple sites and shifts
- Tech-savvy and confident with data-led decision making
