We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members and leadership.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.

- Assist in Data entry, processing inventory and stock levels into our database.
- Work across multiple systems to order parts, organise freight and invoice customers.

- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional and positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
