We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Admin Coordinator** to join our team and play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Provide administrative support** to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- ** Coordinate** schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members and leadership.
- ** Maintain and update records**, databases, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- ** Assist in Data entry**, processing inventory and stock levels into our database.
- ** Work** across multiple systems to order parts, organise freight and invoice customers.
- ** Liaise**with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- ** Support** special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role (minimum 2 years **preferred).**:

- ** Strong**organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- ** Excellent written** and verbal communication skills.
- ** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- ** High attention to detail** and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- ** Ability to work independently** and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- ** A professional and positive attitude** with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
