About the role
As a Wholesale Sales Support Coordinator, reporting to the Wholesale Sales Support Team Leader, you will be part of the team responsible for the end-to-end administration of all wholesale customer accounts. This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service, processing orders efficiently and accurately, supporting account managers with account administration, and assisting with general customer enquiries.
You will be in direct contact with wholesale customers, as well as with other internal departments. You will need a keen interest in systems and process improvement as we are in the midst of a growth period and are actively looking at opportunities for streamlining our workflows. You will also need to demonstrate tech savviness and an aptitude for picking up new software tools-- experience with CRM and ERP software preferred.
Key Success Measures
- Process orders to meet theagreedservice level agreement
- Identify and escalation support requests to ensurethey areresolvedappropriately,in a timely manner
- Communicateclearly with Accounts Receivable team to ensure payments are received and processed
- Liaise with Distribution Centre to ensure timely and accurate shipment of wholesale orders
- Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to theSales Support Team Leader
- Provide direct sales support to Global Business Development Managers
- Increase migration rate to online ordering portal
- Process new business inbound leads and prospects in a timely manner
- Work with team to facilitate the execution of our strategic growth plans
