Task & responsibilities

- Support and execute marketing strategies that promote Able Koala's care services (including SIL, STA, and Retreat homes) in line with brand values and target audience needs.

- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, referral channels, and engagement opportunities within the aged care, disability, and dementia support sectors.

- Create and manage marketing content across website, social media, newsletters, brochures, and digital campaigns with a focus on storytelling, service clarity, and emotional connection.

- Assist in developing and distributing communication materials such as family welcome kits, service information packs, referral guides, and participant spotlight stories.

- Plan and coordinate events including open homes, family info sessions, community outreach days, and webinars aimed at building awareness and trust in Able Koala's model of care.

- Support email marketing campaigns targeting families, carers, partners, and health professionals using tools.

- Manage social media channels (such as Facebook), scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and growing online engagement with the community.

- Liaise with external creatives and agencies for graphic design, photography, video production, and printing to ensure timely and brand-aligned marketing assets.

- Monitor marketing performance metrics (website traffic, social reach, campaign engagement) using platforms like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite; prepare reports and suggest improvements.

- Coordinate public relations activities and assist with influencer or ambassador outreach to raise brand visibility and reinforce Able Koala's values and care philosophy.

- Maintain the brand voice and tone consistently across all communication channels with sensitivity to the emotional and personal nature of dementia and disability care.

- Support the marketing budget tracking and ensure resources are used effectively and within approved spend limits.

Qualification & experience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

- 2–3 years' experience in marketing, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or sustainability

- Proven ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print

- Experience with content creation, event coordination, and marketing analytics tools
