You will work with support from our engineers across the business within multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver projects with opportunities to develop and mentor junior engineers and support projects during the construction phase.

The Opportunity

As we continue to grow in the power sector, we are looking for an Structural Engineer to join our Melbourne team and be part of our national power business. This is an opportunity to build on your experience in structural design for power infrastructure, including substations, transmission line structures, foundations, switchyards, and renewable energy assets.

In this role, you’ll contribute to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for clients, working both in the office and on-site. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across structural, civil, and electrical disciplines, gaining exposure to major energy projects while developing your technical expertise and client-facing skills.

About You

With a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, you have a solid understanding of structural design principles for power infrastructure and are eager to take on new technical challenges. You are organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to play a key role in delivering projects that support the transition to a more resilient and sustainable energy network.

You will also bring:

1. Experience in structural design within a professional services or consulting environment.
2. An interest in project delivery, including involvement in design, documentation, and construction phase support.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
4. A client-focused mindset, with a willingness to develop your industry knowledge and relationships.
5. A passion for continuous learning and a desire to grow into a leadership role over time.
