Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis and design of residential buildings (timber, steel, and concrete/masonry structures)
  • Develop high-quality structural designs and documentation across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments as required
  • Collaborate with architects and builders to deliver practical solutions
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards
  • Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling and budgeting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • 3–5 years of local experience in structural engineering, with a focus on residential and commercial projects (civil design experience is a bonus)
  • Proficiency in structural analysis/design software (e.g., Structural Toolkit, SpaceGass, RAPT, RAMConcept, ETABS; Revit experience is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes and standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
