About the Company:
ACRWORLD are currently working with a well-established and fast-growing business in the painting and construction sector. They've built a solid reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, and outstanding customer service across commercial and industrial projects. As they continue to expand, they're seeking a capable Office Manager to help streamline operations and keep the business running smoothly day to day.

About the Role:
In this all-rounder position, you'll be the central point of contact for administrative tasks, basic accounts, and project coordination. You'll work closely with the directors, trades, and external stakeholders to ensure the business runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Office & Admin Support

- Manage general office administration, emails, calls, and document control
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and provide team support
- Maintain internal systems, records, and supplier/client communications

Accounts Support

- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Generate invoices for clients
- Work closely with Accountant to maintain financial accuracy
- Use Xero to manage day-to-day transactions and reporting

Project Support

- Use Simpro to assist with quoting, job scheduling, invoicing, and job tracking
- Support the projects team with documentation and progress reporting
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure timelines and materials are on track

Ideal Candidate:

- Previous experience in an Office Manager or Admin All-Rounder role, ideally within the trades, construction, or similar environment
- Proficient in Xero and Simpro - essential
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable wearing many hats
