About the Role

Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our supportive team as a Customer Service Officer at our Bookings Centre on a part-time basis, 0.8FTE. Please note the days are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The Customer Service Officer - Bookings Centre is responsible for booking patient appointments via phone and electronic methods.

As the first point of contact, this role is primarily responsible for attending to patient booking requests in an efficient and responsive manner. The role will deliver exceptional patient care and customer service, ensuring a values-driven, empathetic, and confidential approach to both patients and referring doctors.

You Will Have

- Exceptional customer service focus with the ability to positively interact with our patients and referrers
- Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities and meeting strict deadlines
- Competent data entry skills and high-level attention to detail
- High level verbal and written communication skills
