Role Overview

The Social Media & Content Producer Specialist will be the chief storyteller for our brands, responsible for creating and delivering engaging content that builds awareness, drives engagement, and showcases our people, products, and initiatives.

Working across multiple brands within the AHB Group, this role will bring our story to life through creative, high-quality content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and owned channels (website, blog, EDMs).

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Plan, produce, and edit high-quality content, including copy, photography, and video, that communicates our brand story in a compelling and visually engaging way.

- Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day scheduling, posting, and monitoring across all social platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with brand and campaign strategies.

- Owned Content Channels: Create and maintain content for websites, blogs, and eDMs, ensuring consistency across platforms and alignment with key marketing calendar activities.

- Analytics & Optimisation: Monitor and analyse social performance, preparing reports with insights, trends, and recommendations to increase reach, engagement, and conversion.

- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (construction, customer experience, design, sales) to source stories and content opportunities. Liaise with external trade partners and suppliers to deliver joint brand messages.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

- Proven experience in social media and content creation with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and measurable engagement.

- Strong skills in video production, editing, photography, and copywriting.

- Hands-on expertise with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).

- Solid understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and social trends.

Desirable:

- Experience driving lead generation and understanding the link between social media activity and sales outcomes.

- Familiarity with emerging industry trends, best practices, and new social tools.

- Experience with social scheduling and reporting tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
