About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Site Administrator make a difference on site, in the resources sector. The role involves supporting various departments with essential admin tasks, ensuring smoother site operations, and facilitating effective communication across teams. Point of hire, Perth.

Responsibilities

- Coordinating mobilisation of contractors, new starters, visitors, and urgent requests
- Overseeing workforce management rosters
- Assisting with flights and shutdown support
- Handling departmental communications and site-wide updates
- Processing timesheets and invoices
- Managing goods and service receipts

You

The ideal candidate will have a background in FIFO administration and a knack for multi-tasking in busy environments. You should be comfortable with administrative software, quick to adapt, and proactive in communication. Previous experience in resource or construction sites will set you up for success.

What you’ll need

- At least 2 years of FIFO admin experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of SAP, Success Factors, and other admin tools
- Excellent communication skills and team player mindset
