The Role
As an Office Administrator you will be delivering accurate support to our customers and team. You will be a passionate and energetic team member. The job will challenge you to provide solutions and build on your experience through a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
General Tasks
- Clearing emails
- Answering phones
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing when required
- Completing cycle counting and inventory maintenance as directed
- Filing and maintenance of records both electronically and manually
- Employee Induction Management
- Providing general Administration support to Management and team as required
- Maintaining a clean work environment
You will be based at Unanderra in the Illawarra and provided with job training. This role will require you to report to the Office Manager.
You
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills including MS office applications and the ability to quickly pick up new programs
- Friendly and professional manner
- Attention to detail and respect for processes and systems
- Ability to use your time efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work under pressure, to prioritise tasks and problem solve to achieve agreed outcomes and meet deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality with respect to sensitive matters to which the role may be exposed
- An understanding of OHS and Safe Working Practices
- Applicants must hold permanent residency or citizenship and be legally entitled to work in Australia

They will also be able to confidently communicate their capabilities working in a role that requires absolute loyalty and dedication to achieving results, not to mention strong administrative skills.
