We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Capability (P&C) Business Partner to support our global Technology team. You will work closely with senior leaders, including General Managers and Heads of departments, to drive strategic people initiatives, shape talent management, enhance employee engagement, and build organizational capability while strengthening team culture.
Reporting to the Senior P&C Business Partner supporting the CIO, you will collaborate with a Technology Business Partner based in Bangalore to deliver impactful outcomes across the function.
We seek a commercially minded individual with strong business partnership skills and an understanding of how Technology teams are structured, beyond just P&C expertise.
What you'll be doing
- End-to-end accountability for delivering the P&C strategic people plan for your client groups, partnering with General Managers to align initiatives with business objectives.
- Collaborate with P&C centres of excellence on initiatives across your client group.
- Manage cyclical people activities for your client group.
- Identify future capability needs, including succession planning, capability programs, coaching, and managing change.
- Work with Employee Relations to manage employee and industrial relations issues and conduct investigations.
- Lead initiatives to improve workplace culture, diversity, and inclusion.
- Coach managers and team members to promote desired values and leadership behaviors.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, especially in tech and digital, to address people needs.
To be successful in this role you'll have:
- At least five years of P&C business partnering experience, with a minimum of two years working with technology and digital teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields are highly regarded.
- A proven track record of delivering results and positively impacting organizational performance.
- Ability to be an effective change agent and champion change initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building, engagement, and influencing skills as a trusted business partner.
- Autonomous, supportive team player with a generous sharing attitude.
- Exceptional communication, decision-making, and leadership development skills.
