Are you a strategic talent partner with a passion for delivering exceptional hiring outcomes? We're looking for a Talent Business Partner to join our award-winning RPO business at Robert Walters, working onsite with one of the world's most respected global asset management companies.

In this 12-month fixed term contract, you'll be the trusted partner to senior hiring managers, leading recruitment delivery for around 50 key hires over the year. You'll be working across high-impact roles that directly support the business's ambitious headcount growth.

What you'll be doing?

  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process - from market mapping and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Leveraging Robert Walters' global recruitment expertise while being fully immersed in the client's business and culture.
  • Providing market insights and talent intelligence to influence hiring decisions.

What we're looking for?
  • Proven experience in a talent acquisition role, ideally in financial services or a corporate environment.
  • A consultative, solutions-focused approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to juggle multiple recruitment campaigns while maintaining a high-touch candidate and client experience.
