Join Robert Walters' RPO team, embedded in a leading global asset management firm.
Are you a strategic talent partner with a passion for delivering exceptional hiring outcomes? We're looking for a Talent Business Partner to join our award-winning RPO business at Robert Walters, working onsite with one of the world's most respected global asset management companies.
In this 12-month fixed term contract, you'll be the trusted partner to senior hiring managers, leading recruitment delivery for around 50 key hires over the year. You'll be working across high-impact roles that directly support the business's ambitious headcount growth.
What you'll be doing?
-Partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
-Managing the end-to-end recruitment process - from market mapping and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
-Leveraging Robert Walters' global recruitment expertise while being fully immersed in the client's business and culture.
-Providing market insights and talent intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
What we're looking for?
-Proven experience in a talent acquisition role, ideally in financial services or a corporate environment.
-A consultative, solutions-focused approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
-The ability to juggle multiple recruitment campaigns while maintaining a high-touch candidate and client experience.

Salary: AUD80,000 - AUD110,000 per annum + Uncapped bonus + great benefits
Salary: AUD100,000 - AUD120,000 per annum
Salary: AUD75 - AUD90 per hour + Hybrid Working
