This 8-month fixed-term, full-time role (would consider 4 days a week for the right candidate) offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on our growing workforce.
Reporting to the People Experience & Capability Manager, you'll play a key role in implementing our learning and development strategy, enhancing internal capabilities, and driving engagement with our various learning initiatives.
This includes the Triple A Leadership Development Pathway, LinkedIn Learning, and a newly developed Mentoring Program.
As the central contact for Learning & Development (L&D), you'll shape learning calendars, support logistics, and provide insightful impact reports.About the Role:Full-time, 8-month maternity leave cover (5 days per week, with potential for 4 days)Melbourne-based role, with flexible working optionsDevelop and implement key learning initiatives, including the Triple A Development Pathway, Trusted Partner Program and Graduate Development ProgramManage LinkedIn Learning, ensuring alignment with business needsImplement a pilot Mentoring ProgramSupport the ongoing roll out, education and adoption of our new HRIS - Workday Talent Optimisation & LearningManage the L&D calendar, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking engagementPartner with internal stakeholders to ensure L&D initiatives align with business needsWhat You'll Need to Succeed:Experience in Learning & Development or HR background is highly regardedExperience in using Workday's Talent Optimisation & Learning modules (highly desirable)Strong administration, organisational, and project management skillsExposure to L&D, engagement, talent, and succession planningAbility to build relationships and collaborate across teamsTertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Psychology, or a related field well regardedWhat We Offer:A warm, open, and supportive cultureAn attractive remuneration package, including reward and recognition programsAn employee wellness program, including discounted health insurance and an Employee Assistance ProgramA workplace volunteering and giving program16 weeks of paid parental leave for the primary carerGreat central CBD location, modern office fit-out, and end-of-trip facilitiesFlexible/Hybrid working environmentAbout Us - Trusted Since 1888Equity Trustees was established in 1888 and is now one of Australia's largest specialist trustee companies.
