About our role:

We are recruiting for a Claims Consultant to join our team of professionals in providing Health Insurance Members with a quality customer service experience. Your key responsibility will be to provide claims advice and guidance to Health Insurance Members for a trusted Not-For-Profit Organisation. Additionally, you will be required to assess and process claims with minimal errors. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training with ongoing career development opportunities.

Key Details:

- Start Date: Tuesday 14th October 2025
- Location: Commence training and working in our Docklands offices and work from home and office on rotation once speed to competency is achieved (1-2 days per week in office)
- Operating Hours: Rotating Roster - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
- Full Time Permanent Contract on Offer - 38 paid hours per week
- Pay Rate: $28.12 per hour plus superannuation plus leave entitlements
- Two weeks Classroom Based Training before entering an in-office Consolidation Period

What We Are Looking For:

- Previous experience in customer facing roles such as retail or contact centre
- Previous experience in a regulated environment (insurance or finance) advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fast and Accurate Data Entry Skills
- Able to understand and translate complex information to others in a simple, effective way
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using email management systems and customer service software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
