Be the strategic engine behind this rapidly growing Brand Agency

Are you a commercial operator who thrives in the thick of the action – where clarity, pace and bold ideas collide? Do you love turning chaos into order, connecting with people and being the driving force behind business growth?

This is a very rare chance to sit at the strategy table and work alongside the Commercial Director to help steer one of Australia’s fastest-growing brand agencies into its next chapter of global domination

As one of the most visionary brand agencies in the Asia Pacific, this unique team of bold thinkers are known for creating and promoting some of the most impressive brands both locally and around the globe.

Put simply, they love creating brand that people can’t stop talking about.

They’re fast moving, fast acting and constantly push boundaries – no slow walkers in their building

With a purpose-fit HQ in the heart of North Sydney, creative ideas to flow and people are always able to perform at their best.

In tight collaboration with the EA to CEO, as Chief of Staff you’ll be the Commercial Director’s strategic right hand and the air traffic controller of the business.

Your mission: keep leadership aligned, keep projects moving and cut through the noise so decisions are sharp and execution is seamless.

What will your day to day look like? A top line view will involve…

- Orchestrate clarity– manage the CD’s time, priorities and communications to ensure focus is maximised.
- Integrate & accelerate– connect all departments (Sales, Creative, Development, Client Services & Growth) so the business acts as one close, cohesive unit.
- Operationalise strategy– turn boardroom ideas into executable projects with clear owners, timelines and accountability.
- Coach & challenge– keep leaders honest with truth, data and perspective.
- Build leverage– remove bottlenecks, streamline processes and ensure the CD’s energy is spent on the highest impact activities.

On the bottom line it’s all about running both very large scale and ultra small business projects to ensure the most effective work practices are always in place.

This will include office fitout updates, culture driving activities, staff mentoring and coaching, HR matters, overseeing systems/processes/procedures and ensuring everyone is ON the Growth Bus heading in the RIGHT direction

You’re a maverick operator with a bias for action. You thrive in a high-growth, founder-led environment where no two days are the same and you’re a stickler for the detail.

You have EQ in spades and know when to push, when to pivot and when to listen. You’re a kind and empathic individual who builds relationships instantly and are remembered for all the right reasons.

You’re also 100% connected to start-up environments whereby not everything is perfect on day one however, you know what to implement quickly to raise the bar.

As a lover of tech, you’re wild about AI, new software, podcasting and anything that supports efficient work practices. With a commercial mindset you’re also deep into the numbers and know when to spend, and when to hold back.

Hands down, this is a standout role for 2025 and we don’t expect it to be around for long. Simply click on the APPLY button to register your interest.

Sprint is very proud of its 5 star service levels, all candidates will be responded to.
