The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Freelance POS & Ticketing Coordinator to join our Brand Environment team. This part‑time freelance contract (up to 6 months) will support global showroom campaigns by managing the production and delivery of Point‑of‑Sale materials. You’ll own campaign timelines, printer coordination, and data merging to ensure accurate and timely rollout of all ticketing deliverables. It’s a hands‑on role that requires precision, systems thinking, and strong communication across multiple departments and external vendors — perfect for someone who enjoys improving processes and ensuring flawless execution during a transitional phase.

The Role

- Manage end‑to‑end POS creation, proofing, and delivery for showroom campaigns across global regions.

- Liaise with external printers to ensure artwork files are accurate, approved, and delivered on time.

- Act as the key point of contact for all ticketing and POS‑related queries across internal teams.

- Maintain print trackers, delivery schedules, and campaign calendars.

- Champion workflow tools such as Asana and Google Sheets to improve visibility and reduce manual work.

- Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline POS/ticketing processes.

- Support integration of new POS systems and assist in data migration from legacy tools.

- Consolidate pricing, product, and marketing data into master POS templates.

- Provide ongoing campaign support for sale events, new showrooms, and local activations.

- Contribute to process improvements that enhance Brand Environment operations.

About You

- Highly organised, detail‑driven, and systems‑focused.

- Confident communicator, skilled at liaising across internal departments and external suppliers.

- Self‑motivated, with strong follow‑through and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

- Experienced in workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Airtable) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

- Knowledge of print production processes and ticketing systems.

- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat or InDesign for reviewing artwork (advantageous but not essential).

- AI‑literate and comfortable using technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Why You will Love Working with Us

- Premium Design Environment: contribute to a globally recognised Australian brand.

- Flexibility: short‑term, part‑time freelance contract supporting global operations.

- Innovation: work with cutting‑edge systems and AI tools that enhance workflow.

- Collaborative Culture: join a team that values communication, creativity, and continuous improvement.

- Impact: play a key role in ensuring flawless execution of showroom campaigns across regions.
