As a member of the Camper Technology Support Team, you will primarily provide an exceptional support experience to our global users, creating a positive, reliable, and consistent IT experience that enables everyone to deliver impactful results. You will be there from day one onboarding and provide ongoing support for access, software, and hardware to ensure teammates have what they need.

Our team blends technology and people, with strong technical, customer service, and communication skills. The role suits someone with an internal drive, problem-solving ability, and the capability to define priorities and goals in a dynamic environment. Escalation to Engineers is rare, with less than 10% of tickets requiring escalation.

Responsibilities

- Represent Technology to a high standard across internal and external interactions.

- Provide a positive Camper experience through rapid response, troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution for incidents, following standard Incident Management processes and escalating when appropriate.

- Deliver high-quality and consistent day-to-day technical support for access, software, and hardware within the Culture Amp corporate environment.

- Support and maintain general environment and office-based hardware (including collaboration rooms, cabling, printers, desktop equipment, peripherals, and periodic audits).

- Facilitate and continually develop Camper IT Onboarding Sessions to introduce IT Support at Culture Amp.

- Manage the Camper lifecycle—administering, supporting, and maintaining Access, Enterprise Software, and Camper Hardware; ensure compliance with security policies during Onboarding, Role Changes, and Offboarding.

- Manage IT Asset lifecycle and inventories, coordinating with vendors for delivery, installation, repairs, and returns while meeting Security and Finance compliance expectations.

- Contribute to team growth through identifying enhancements and turning them into actionable proposals or process improvements.

Qualifications

- Proven success in customer support with a genuine interest in technology. Experience supporting Apple devices, MacOS, and SaaS tooling is advantageous but not required.

- Experience in remote and/or hybrid work environments with the ability to collaborate in a distributed team and contribute to team culture.

- Ability to juggle competing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
