About the role

We’re seeking a proactive and influential Learning Business Partner to collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across Retail. In this role, you’ll design, deliver, and evaluate targeted learning strategies that align with business objectives and drive cultural transformation. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on capability development, performance improvement, and change initiatives. By leveraging data-driven insights and strong partnerships, you’ll ensure the delivery of effective learning solutions that enhance both individual and organisational performance

What you’ll do

- Collaborate with business leaders to diagnose capability gaps and co-create learning solutions.

- Design and deliver blended learning programmes, including workshops, eLearning, and coaching.

- Use data-driven insights to inform learning design and evaluate effectiveness.

- Facilitate engaging learning sessions and workshops.

- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Champion a culture of continuous learning and celebrate success stories

Your experience

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or related discipline.

- Cert IV TAE, Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) or similar.

- Significant internal business partnering experience, with a specialty in L&D.

- Experience working in a Retail environment, ideally contact centres.

- Proven ability to address capability gaps and drive talent development.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen
