Join our team as a Digital Learning Officer

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate the consultancy, design, development and delivery of digital learning programs to build internal capability.
- Be responsible for partnering with subject matter experts in the business to effectively deliver eLearning solutions.
- Develop, implement, coordinate and maintain technical operating documentation and work procedures to ensure consistency in operations and their continuous improvement.

Skills and experience:

- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their application in eLearning and digital literacy.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering learning programs, including eLearning content.
- Proven ability to develop high-quality training materials, procedures and reports.
- Well-developed interpersonal and consultation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and coordinate initiatives across diverse stakeholders.
