To be considered you/'ll need to hold a current Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV and full time availability Monday - Saturday is a must. Previous industry experience isn/'t essential - we/'ll provide you with full support and training to ensure your success

You'll also need

- Strong local knowledge of the Wyndham area
- To be highly motivated and self driven
- Ready to learn and able to follow direction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong personal presentation
- A valid drivers licence and your own vehicle

From building strong connections through door knocks, cold calls, and networking, to showcasing your expertise with appraisals, CMA preparation, and polished listing kits, you/'ll be at the heart of helping clients achieve their property goals. You/'ll have the excitement of showing stunning properties to buyers, hosting engaging open homes, and being part of the action at auctions. Plus, you/'ll get creative with marketing collateral that makes listings shine and collaborate with trusted third-party professionals like conveyancers and accountants to keep everything running smoothly.
