Location: Liverpool, NSW, AU, 2170

Employment Type – Temporary (12 months with possible extension) – Full Time: Monday – Friday + Flex Time

Salary: $113,574 – $125,720 pa + Superannuation - Annual Leave Loading

Your role

As an LCM Coordinator, you will provide analytical, case‑management, secretariat and administrative support to enable the operation of the LCM within your boundary. This includes supporting and connecting members of the Multiagency Coordination Group and Practitioner Group, collecting and analysing information to support LCM referrals, managing the LCM database, and reporting on LCM operations.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a key driver who is prepared to maintain connections and commitment from all agencies involved in the Reducing adult re‑offending program.

Key Qualifications and Skills

- Knowledge of the criminal justice system and the role of NSW Police and Community Corrections.

- Demonstrated experience providing secretariat support to‑level groups.

- Demonstrated experience in proactively identifying relevant resources to support offenders and implementing effective solutions when faced with challenges in organising service delivery for offenders.

- Developed communication skills and highly motivated, with a keen eye for detail, and able to complete multiple competing tasks within deadlines.

- Develop strong relationships with partner agency representatives, local service providers and Community Corrections staff to facilitate effective information exchange and achieve case plan outcomes for offenders.

- Provide secretariat support to the Practitioner Group and Multiagency Coordination Group meetings, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, to support the local governance and operation of LCM.

- Manage and maintain all records associated with LCM to ensure compliance with the requirements of the State Records Act 1998.

- Contribute to the development, implementation and quality assurance of LCM to support continuous improvement of LCM and updates to state‑wide practices.
