**Local Health Services Australia **is a provider of NDIS and Home Care Package. We are based near

We are a relatively small team, made up primarily of people new to the world of Sales. **Within your role you will promote dignity, respect and choice and support our NDIS participants.**

**What the role involves**:

- To deliver services in line with the NDIS and Aged Care
- Building relationship and find new NDIS clients
- Strong communication skills and a proactive nature are essential and you must be able to speak confidently to people at all levels.
- Experience in recruitment is essential and at least 1-2 years working within NDIS and Aged Care

**Event Coordination**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including industry conferences, trade shows, product launches, and other bespoke events.
- End-to-end management of event logistics, including venue selection, supplier coordination and budget management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop event objectives, themes, and agendas.
- Oversee event registration, attendee communication, and follow-up activities.

**Marketing Support**
- Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Support the coordination of marketing activities and initiatives, including sourcing suppliers and quotes.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in Marketing and Event Coordination.
- Proven experience in planning, organising, and executing successful events.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
- Desirable - Adobe Creative Suite and website skills.
