What does your daily life look like at Yancoal?
As a HR Coordinator you will supports recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, training, compliance, and HR events, ensuring smooth delivery of HR processes while upholding Yancoal’s values and standards.
Your responsibilities include:
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR records, including termination documentation.
- Process HR and recruitment-related invoices in line with budget controls.
- Provide Recruitment administration support to Senior HR Advisor
- Recruitment and onboarding processes for graduates, cadetships, and vacation programs.
- Organise HR inductions for corporate employees
- Support HR audits by providing information and documentation
- Support HR training programs by coordinating logistics and maintaining training records in Pegasus.
- Coordinate HR-led events including International Women’s Day, R U OK? Day, and the HR Forum.
- Participate in HCM meetings, providing feedback on system functionality
- Participate in ad hoc HR and business projects as and when required.
What do you need to be successful in the position?
Qualifications:
- Highly regarded - Degree Qualification in an associated and relevant discipline
Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in HR administration, recruitment, or coordination roles.
- Exposure to HRIS (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar) desirable
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
