About the Opportunity:
- Lead high-value sales campaigns supported by in-house lead generation—no need for external prospecting.
- Oversee and collaborate with a dedicated team: two sales agents and an offshore specialist (OFIs, buyer communications, admin, and vendor management).
- Take ownership of the sales process, including price negotiations, vendor communications, and campaign adjustments.
- Enjoy flexible work arrangements including WFH options, tailored to promote work-life balance.
- Attractive base salary plus commission—structured to match current market expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated success as a senior sales agent, with a track record in listing and closing property deals.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience managing sales campaigns and leading/supporting team members.
- Ability to advise vendors throughout the sales process, including pricing strategy and adjustments.
- Strong commitment to professional integrity, client service, and results.
