This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company where your organisational, presentation and stakeholder management skills will make a real impact.**Nature of position:** Permanent, Full Time**Location:** Melbourne, Vic**Reporting Line:** Estimating and Proposals Manager – Utilities**Bids & Proposals Administration*** Provide administrative support to the Pre-Contracts team and administer EOI and tender processes.* Prepare, format and quality-check tender documentation, proposals and presentations.* Manage the document management system, response templates and Pre-Contracts governance process.* Develop engaging, professional PowerPoint presentations for client-facing and internal use.**Business Development / Bid Library*** Maintain and enhance the Utilities Bid Library with up-to-date company information, certifications, and financial records.* Monitor tender notification portals and shared mailboxes to identify new opportunities.* Administer the opportunity tracking system, ensuring accurate records and timely approvals.* Assist with preparing monthly reports on pre-contracts activities for executive and board-level review.**About You**We are looking for an individual with:* **Exceptional Microsoft 365 skills** (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and especially PowerPoint).* Excellent time management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders.Service Stream is an ASX-listed business that develops and operates Australia’s essential service networks across telecommunications, utilities, transport, defence, and social infrastructure.
