About the role

As a Senior Contract Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in managing commercial risk, advising on contract strategy, and supporting dispute resolution. You’ll collaborate closely with operational teams to improve commercial acumen, ensure governance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a hands-on role with regular site presence required, includingmonthly attendance at our Dandenong depotand occasional travel to other project sites (typically within an hour of Melbourne CBD).

About You

You’re an experienced contract administrator with:

- Impressive experiencein energy, construction, or infrastructure
- Strong knowledge ofcontract law, risk mitigation, and project delivery models
- Proven ability to manage complex contracts and mentor operational staff
- Adriver’s licence and access to a vehiclefor site visits
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
